Crew Call

I am beyond impressed with how this site is growing besides the fact there are no roleplay threads yet but i mean most of you i accepted today... and how fast at that. Not gunna I thought I was just gunna get like one or two solid members for at least a month or so but within a week I already have like 5 if im counting right gorgeous members who seem as dedicated and loving towards this site and wanting to see it grow as I am. But with a growing site means there needs to be a growing staff.

Now im not calling for 4 staff members. Thatd be crazy for 5 members also mean to have everyone but one person a staff xD but I would like one extra helping hand. Ill keep anyone who apply's 'application' so hopefully when the site grows if it calls for more than more can be added. Also I will not be on this weekend and Im already feeling bad for making you guys wait when Im not on to accept your applications. I also get distracted easily and probably need a right hand man to help me out make sure that everything looks good and fix any errors. So PM me (preferably with your member account if you have one) the following application if youre interested.

NECESSITIES TO BE A STAFF:

• Someone friendly & welcoming to all
  
• Someone whos organized & doesnt mind fixing boards or updating the claims or accepting bios (and actually reading it to make sure it makes sense and all)
  
• someone who is/will be dedicated to the site and active
  
• someone who always looks for the better of the site and has ideas for improvement and doesnt mind voicing them
  
• someone who is willing to advertise...a lot. to get new members you gotta advertise, right? and most sites say only staff are allowed to advertise not like they would know but still
  

WHAT WOULD BE HELPFUL:

• good at skinning - i personally suck at it so someone who could skin is a MAJOR because i also LOVE original skins, also since V5 is around the corner if you know that or are willing to learn it thatd be wonderful, im trying but im still yet to cover V4 sooo
  
• Graphics - mine are decent id like to say but there are defiantly people who are so much better than me!
  
• coding - the source of my headaches when i get a code and it wont work having that problem right now
  
• SOMEONE WHOS A GRAMMAR & SPELLING NATZI - my grammar is kinda crap and my spelling isnt a plus and i never proof read because im lazy so someone whos good at that and will proof the plots and the boards to make sure that they sound right and if someones good at describing places because i suck at that too im starting to wonder why im an admin lol oh right because im OCD at organizing
