Camp half blood was over taken buy Hades and his pets in the year 3000. He never cared for the camp. So when he took it over he made the gods agree that every year one of their children plus a human will be chosen for the games, and fight to the death until a lone victor remains. Then Hades went and took on all the other parts of the world. Collecting all the Demi-gods. He separated north america into twelve sections. He told the demi-gods randomly to go to the different sections. This is how they found out that even Artemis and Hera had children. Some of the gods even had children that had both two godly parents and two human parents. It is the year 3014 and the games are still very active.
