[rs=2]	Jesse is a five foot ten boy with green-ish blue eyes that switch between those colors depending on his clothes and mood. his hair usually styled up into short spikes. his body has an athletic build from his love of sports. his distinguishing features are some of the faint marks of whips on his arms and chest he wont talk about and the simple wave tattoo on the outside of his wrist symbolizing his element, although if anyone asks he says he loves to surf. typically youll see this kid strolling the streets in a plain tshirt or a plain polo with a jack and a pair of blue jeans. on the court Jesse is completely competitive and with a simple glance could seem to tear down his opponent though meeting him right before or after the game, even during breaks, Jesse is the friendliest most out going, laid back guy you'll meet. he doesnt hold grudges and thinks of most everyone as a friend. Jesse is most often found on the courts or in the field considering thats his love. he enjoys hiking and rock climbing and well any out doors activities. his least favorite thing is to be shut inside and darkness. over all Jesses a pretty happy guy. He does what he does to be happy and hes one of the few that pay little to no mind to the way. he isnt a 'peace maker' but he isnt going to fight with every fiamma clan member that crosses his vision. Jesse is known for his love of dogs. He loves dogs and multiple times tried to sneak one but always getting caught and having to take the dog back. not much can dampen this guys mood. hes pretty head strong. once he has his mind set hes read set go. he hates getting lost though. although it often happens because he has no sense of direction. he usually points an arrow and just keeps walking till he knows where he is or finds someone who could tell him. jesse is a very confident guy and you rarely see him afraid. hes dependable and often is the one people consul in because of his great listening skills and caring hearts. one of his biggest strengths is how gentleman like he is and his biggest weakness would have to be how trusting he is. time after time again jesse has given his heart to a girl who ends up walking all over it. Instead of what most people do, shut themselves away, it seems to increase how out going he is. he often makes fun of himself and others always looking to crack a smile on someones face. his biggest fear is death and his biggest desires are to fall in love, cheesy he knows, and to be master of the water. his biggest secret is why he is in venice, italy. Jesse enjoys his truck. He fixed it up himself and its his pride and joy. hes quite the country boy actually. he was born and raised in Tennessee and he has a county accent that he tries to mask but sometimes is unsuccessful doing so. his quirks include tapping/bouncing his foot and sticking out his tongue when hes concentrating. hes a little charmer. he loves girls and loves nothing more than making them smile so hes one of those guys who does the classical pulling out the chair and bringing the girl flowers. hes just naturally that way. Jesse Wyatt Cook was born in Nashville, Tennessee to Katherine Cook and Jordan Cook both who are water users and discouraged water usage. In fact Jesse was barely aware of them till he later learned they were actual abilities. He always thought of them as weird occurrences that water would bend at his will and listened to him. Katerine and Jordan knew about the on going element wars and wanted to separate from it so despite from the common acqua clan beliefs of sticking together, Katherine and Jordan, tore apart from the acqua clan. Jesse grew up a good country boy. he did as he was told and he was always respectful. his childhood was fairly normal. it wasnt till he was 12 that everything started to get a little topsy turvy. at that age jesse finally realized he coul mess with water. after confronting his parents and forcing them to tell him. they only told him basics and so he exercised all the water he could practicing and experimenting all on his own with no proper 'training'. his parents still strong discouraged it and told him not to practice so he had to do it in quite. for a good two years he practiced and practiced and was able to make beautiful water sculptures hed make for the girls hed like unaware his abilities were suppose to be a secret. the big turning point was when Jesse was 16 he got so mad he challenged a guy to a fight for picking on a girl, hes always had a soft spot for the females, and when they were fighting Jesse was able to muster enough to bring out the water whips. it only happened once and he had no idea and it ended up hurting him almost as much as it hurt the guy. In the end Jesse had no control adn it ended up killing the boy. there was only a small group around them but Jesse had ran home than passed out. he didnt wake up for 3 days and when he did he wasnt home. He was in venice italy. his parents explaining what happened and as punishment he was to live in Venice and if he wants to learn how to control water he can do it in the central of a war zone. this confused him but before he could as his parents left him to go back to Tennessee since than Jesse has been only practicing calling water from mid air though gets scared if the water appears as long whip looking vines and instantly drops it so it mostly sticks with making waves and sculptures too afraid to attempt to master the whips because of what a negative experience of it was. he even had a few scars from the event. - im sorry his history and bio in general sucks maybe one day ill edit it but not today xD-
